Altman Foundation

Alman Foundation does incredible work providing grants to programs that benefit New York City.

We worked with Altman to tell their story through the projects they fund. We also focused on the concept of "results-based giving", a key factor in assuring that those programs have maximum impact within the communities they serve.

The site features: program highlights, grantees summarized by year, individualized grantee profiles, funding guidelines and an online pre-screening application.
