Policies:
Class dates and times are subject to availability and may be subject to change. A representative will contact you to confirm date/time and advise on necessary class prerequisites/materials.
We charge a five percent (5%) processing fee for payment via Paypal, Visa, Matercard and American Express to cover the fees charged to us. There is NO processing fee for payment via a company check.
Unless otherwise negotiated, payment in full is required PRIOR to the start of class.
We CANNOT offer a refund if you cancel a confirmed class with LESS than one (1) week notice. You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel a class with MORE than one (1) week notice, however, we prefer you reschedule rather than cancel a class.
Should you need to reschedule, we will place you into a future class for up to six (6) months from the originally scheduled class at no additional cost.
Alumni may audit one (1) class every six (6) months at no charge and may practice on lab computers. *
We guarantee our training!
If you are not fully satisfied, you may retake the same class in the future for FREE. *
